Please use and complete this entire Application for Approval of Exterior Modification (“Application”) to your home, yard or property. Association approval is required for any exterior construction, alteration, addition or erection of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, fences, pools, tennis courts, exterior lighting, landscaping, trees, treehouses and play equipment.. This Application and any attachments enable the Board of Directors to serve you better by having a clear understanding of your proposed changes.

Please remember that ALL modifications or additions to the exterior of your home or property, or to your yard, including Lot grading, requires written approval of the Board or its designee PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK. Fines in the amount of $25.00 per day will apply on a daily basis for any unauthorized modification or addition to your Lot. Approval by the Board or its designee does not guarantee approval by the local authorities. It is your responsibility to contact the county and/or city to obtain any required permits and/ or inspections.
